We are glad to inform you that we have released the text mode functionality to ease the user interactions. The text mode allows you to paste or type a text into text field, and by selecting individual words or word strings with the mouse to send a query to the Bolor dictionary. You can press on the Text button which shown just after clear button to activate text field. The text mode is not machine translation, but it offers an easy way to look up words from a document without having to type them individually into the search field.

About 1000 new words added to Bolor dictionary in area of financial science.

Today's update to the Bolor dictionary improves on the entries to 1000 of various common words and adds about 3000 new words and phrases in field of Computer networking and geology.

Bolor dictionary has been officially released on 01.01.2009 and now reached one year old.

Android version of Bolor dictionary is available. Please download Bolortoli.apk which is in android application file format. You can find here the installation instruction.

Bolor toolbar for Firefox is updated. You can use it now on latest version of Firefox 3.5 web browser. If you used to use this toolbar, you have to need to clear your browser cache before you install the Bolortoolbar 1.0.1.

Bolor dictionary recognizes the direction automatically. If a latin entry is typed in search box then english to mongolian, if a cyrillic entry typed, then mongolian to english direction is selected. So you have to input your entry in cyrillic if you want to search mongolian words.

We are happy to announce that we implemented Mongolian Virtual Keyboard which is useful for everyone who diesn't have mongolian keyboard driver. It has been requested several times. You can find the keyboard indicator (MVK on/off) on the upper right corner of our web page. (Just after site language switcher)

Today, Bolor dictionary has received about 2000 entries. It is not really big update for our database, but still a lot of special words have been translated.

Today, we have improved database structure of the Bolor dictionary, as we have planned. This extension may help us mainly to choose right translation and the search is optimized through refined word field of the word database. Our current database contains a lot of suboptimal translations which consists of one or more sentences. With help of this improvement, we have started to replace the rough translations by word for word tranlations and the description of the necessary words can be stored in extended database field. The descriptions are displayed after every word in a small font. For instance: You can see here the result of the word "татгалзах". We have now the feasibility to describe all words in every language. The Bolor dictionary can act as a thesaurus starting from now.

We have updated our hash function which is used for users login. If you got a problem to login, please re-login two times or with "Remember" mode. If it is not succeed, please remove your coockie from your browser cache.

We've improved our search method dramatically. The search speed increased now over 15% . The best thing is that the search results are sorted by relevance. Now, you can find your words and phrases faster and straight. Some technical bugs are fixed.

In addition, we have added approximately 150 words or phrases and corrected hundreds of terms.
